We offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items.
All sales are final after 14 days of receipt except sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as tea, books and magazines cannot be returned. We also can not accept earrings being returned.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to exchange/or return an item purchased for Christmas, you have 21 days from the date of sale. Original proof of purchase is required. Please see our exchange/refund policy below.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Issues with your order
Should your items be faulty or arrive damaged, or if you think we have made a mistake with you order (missing or wrong items) please inform our team within 24h of receipt of your order by emailing email@example.com.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns on items that have been used: this includes items that got damaged during transportation or that have been sent to you by mistake. Therefore we recommend you always inspect the items received before use and report any issue to us within 24h of receipt of order, as products must always be returned to us in unused condition.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we have replacement stock and send your damaged item to:

All exchange shipping fee will be full charge.
We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refused packages will be subject to a £10 restocking fee.
